Andrew Callcott (Chair of Trustees) has worked in NHS and Third Sector NHS mental health services for over 30 years as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, clinical leader, manager and Psychological Therapist. He has a special interest - and publications - in Solution Focused approaches and suicide prevention, He is a former chair of the UK Association for Solution Focused Practice, and member of the editorial board of the journal Mental Health Nursing. He currently provides trauma-focused therapy for individuals who have been directly affected by suicide.


Richard Bliss (Trustee) is a freelance artist and arts project manager. His work has been supported by Arts Council England, and his work has been shown in galleries and museums across the UK.  Between 2016 and 2017 he worked as a Domestic Abuse Practitioner (IDVA) Men and Boys for Northumberland Domestic Abuse Services.  His previous roles include Director of Communications for Northern Stage (Newcastle); Communications Officer for Northern Arts/Arts Council England; and Creative Director of  Projects Galore CIC.  Richard served on the Board of balletLorent for over 10 years, and was chair of the Board for 5 years. 


Dr. Yvonne Fullwood (Trustee) Yvonne is an independent consultant specialising in applied research and evaluation. Her passion is helping others to understand and maximise the impact and value of their work for individuals and  communities. In addition to over eight years’ experience in academic research, Yvonne brings over 15 years’ experience of developing, implementing and evaluating diverse strategies and programmes across the public and third sector. She has extensive knowledge of health and care systems, policy and practice, with particular expertise in personalised holistic care, integration; and commissioning models. Yvonne’s previous roles include Associate Director at KPMG and Senior Managing Consultant at ICF International. Her earlier career was centred on policy development and quality improvement spanning health, welfare and education. 


Katy Jewitt (Treasurer) With over 15 years experience in the accountancy sector Katy works for a local Hexham firm of accountants preparing accounts for partnerships sole traders and limited companies. She is a member of the association of accountancy technicians.
